Eclipse Error, Failed to create the Java Virtual Machine

 
Problem occurred on Windows, then please do following setup:
[Control Panel] => System => Advanced => Environment Variable => System Variables
Create new variable:
Variable name: _JAVA_OPTIONS
Variable value: -Xmx256M
voila …!!
